I hope you all enjoyed the blistering summer across NSW!
I was delighted to see so many of you at our recent executive cocktail function on 29 February. It was a great evening to connect over a drink and give you the opportunity to meet the rest of your dedicated NEOS team.
Again, I would like to thank you all for your support in helping NEOS protect over 50,000 clients in such a short period of time. December 2023 saw our largest percentage of recommendations for the NEOS Group, with around 20% of IRESS recommendations being for a NEOS product. We’re very proud of what we’ve been able to achieve with your support, so thank you again.
Over the past few years at NEOS we’ve set a new standard for service in the IFA space.
In 2024 our focus will be to improve our technology on the NEOS Platform to make it more profitable for you to service your inforce book.
You may have seen the recent launch of our Policy Servicing Portal which now includes reporting and inforce quoting capability (see below for more details).
These are just the first of many enhancements to come. Our goal is always to make life easier for you and having the best technology is just another way we can do this.

On another note, the footy season is now underway! So best of luck to Newcastle and Carlton, and for the USA fans, the Boston Celtics! It was great to see how many advisers headed over to Las Vegas for round one of the NRL, I look forward to hearing your stories!
