NEOS Platform Adviser Survey 2024 terms & conditions

To be eligible to enter the NEOS Platform Adviser Survey (“Survey”) and to win the prizes, entrants must complete all fields of the Adviser Survey, be a financial adviser or representative of a financial adviser practice and cannot be a NEOS staff member.

Key information

Duration: The Survey runs from Monday 9th September 2024 to Tuesday 31st December 2024 11:59PM AEST (“Survey Period”).

Prizes: 1 x pair of Beats Headphones valued at $451 (per winner. Two in total).

Organiser: NEOS Life is a registered business name of Australian Life Development Pty Ltd ABN 96 617 129 914 AFSL 502759 (“NEOS”).

Entrant: Individual financial adviser or representative of a financial adviser practice who submits their details and responses to the survey questions.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Participation in this survey is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The survey is open to all financial advisers and there is no age limit.
  3. Draw: The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 20 January 2025 (which date may be changed by NEOS, and if so, will be reflected in updated Terms and Conditions available to all entrants).
  4. Winner notification: The two prize winners will be notified via telephone or email by their NEOS Business Development Manager within 14 days of the prize draw taking place. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a secondary winner may be drawn.
  5. Contact data entered into the Survey will be used solely for the purpose of communicating to entrants in relation to the survey. This data will not be distributed beyond NEOS.
  6. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchase will not enhance chances of winning.
  7. Multiple entries are accepted. Multiple entries do not enhance chances of winning and the two prizes available will not be awarded to the same entrant.
  8. NEOS’ decision in respect of the two winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. NEOS will arrange delivery of the prizes within 14 days of notifying the winners. There will be no costs for winners in claiming their prize. No bonus prizes are available.
