Built directly into the NEOS Platform, the new feature digitises the pre-assessment process, helping reduce administration, improve documentation quality and deliver faster outcomes for clients.
A smarter pre-assessment experience
The process is simple. Advisers create a pre-assessment within the NEOS Platform and invite clients to securely complete their disclosures online, from any device. Importantly, client information remains securely within the platform throughout the process.
Before submitting, advisers can download a PDF summary containing client disclosures and pre-assessment results for their records and track the request through the platform.
One submission, three product outcomes
A single pre-assessment provides indicative underwriting outcomes across all three products available on the NEOS Platform – Encompass Protection, Futura Protection and NEOS Protection. This makes it easier to compare the available options and identify an appropriate solution for clients without completing separate pre-assessment requests.
