NEOS has been voted number one in Platform Functionality, Ease of Underwriting (for the sixth year in a row), Product Competitiveness, Claims Handling, Accuracy of Data Feeds, Quality of Reporting and Service Quality and Adviser Support by advisers in the 2025 Adviser Ratings Advice Landscape Report.

We were also ranked in the top two for NPS, BDM Support, and Understanding Client Needs.
