We’re therefore pleased to introduce five new business development consultants to the sales team, bringing nearly 50 years of combined industry experience. With a focus on exploring new business opportunities, these talented individuals will continue to deliver the NEOS Experience to advisers, clients and partners across the country.
Jessica Ayoub joins us with over six years’ experience in distribution roles within financial services. Prior to joining NEOS, she worked as Client Development Support and Business Development Officer at AIA and AMP. Her passion for life insurance and ability to forge and nurture outstanding relationships will be pivotal in developing new channels for our growth.
Shahan Bhuiyan has also joined the team with experience in both B2C and B2B roles. Prior to joining NEOS, he worked at EBONFX and American Express, specialising in foreign exchange markets. Shahan’s strategic client acquisition skills and focus on strategic business and partnership development will be instrumental as we explore new territories.
Victor Hom joined NEOS in 2022 as a Service Consultant and has transitioned to our sales team bringing in-depth knowledge of our operations and strong industry relationships. With five years’ experience in the financial services industry, Victor’s understanding of advice businesses and adviser perspectives makes him a standout addition to our team.
Michael Stamos joins us with four years of experience as a financial planner and insurance broker. With a background at MLC and previous roles at In Sync FS and Marsh, Michael’s expertise in the industry positions him well for driving our expansion strategy through expert client servicing and risk management.
Nathan Caccamo joins us with over five years’ experience in life insurance across sales, claims, and account management roles. With a history of surpassing sales targets at Marsh and Compare Club, Nathan brings deep insights into insurance products and client management.
