The NEOS Life business was launched in 2018 with the aim of setting a new benchmark for excellence in the life insurance industry.
We’re delighted that our efforts have been recognised at the 2022 AFA Life Company of the Year awards where we won the Overall Platinum Life Insurer of the Year* award, the Service Quality award (for the second year in a row), the Underwriting Team of the Year award (for the fourth year in a row), and the BDM/Support Team of the Year award (for the third year in a row). NEOS Protection also won the product awards for Term and TPD Cover and we were finalists for our Income Protection and Trauma products.
The past four years have been fun and exciting – launching our offer in a highly competitive industry, rapid growth, the impacts of the pandemic, and the unprecedented waves of regulatory change. These awards are a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our employees in delivering the NEOS Experience to our customers, advisers, and insurance partners.

Our challenge now is to take our service excellence to the next level by making life insurance easy. We plan to do this by increasing access and making insurance more affordable for customers and streamlining the experience for advisers and insurance partners.
We now have two high quality life insurance products on the NEOS Platform, with more to come. We’re continuing to invest in people and technology and we’re looking forward to rolling out new products and technology solutions later this year.
