NEOS has appointed Jacqui McPherson as Chief Information Officer, effective 1 June 2026.
Jacqui joins NEOS as a highly experienced technology leader with deep expertise across financial services, fintech and regulated environments. Most recently, she served as Chief Technology Officer at Finstro, where she built and scaled the technology function, modernised core platforms, and established strong foundations across data and generative AI to support growth in challenging market conditions.
NEOS Chief Executive Officer, John de Zwart said the appointment marks an important step in the company’s continued investment in technology capability.

As CIO, Jacqui will have end-to-end accountability for NEOS’ technology leadership and delivery including shaping our technology strategy, enhancing core platforms, strengthening information security and resilience, and ensuring disciplined governance and investment across technology initiatives.
Jacqui’s appointment further reinforces our commitment to building and scaling the NEOS Platform to ensure we continue to support advisers with more efficient ways of doing business.
